Refund Policy
At TinyGlam, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific refund and return policies outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
Since our products fall under Hygiene, Health, and Personal Care, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Replacement Policy
Items that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery are eligible for a free replacement.*
To initiate a replacement request, please contact us at tinytalks@tinyglam.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos/videos of the issue. Once your request is verified, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.
Return Process
If a return is approved for a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., skincare, haircare, and beauty products) cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you need is to request a replacement for the incorrect/damaged product and place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not feasible.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
