Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 5-7 business days
- Order Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once shipped.
- Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
- ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹500.
International Shipping Policy:
– Shipping Timeframe: 10-12 business days

– Delivery: Door-to-door delivery to most countries worldwide
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy
- As per hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns.
- Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
International Return Policy to India:
– Return Window: 7-15 days from the date of delivery
– Eligibility: Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact
– Return Process:
1. Customer initiates return request via email or customer support
2. Provide order number, reason for return, and product details
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
– Return Shipping:
– Customer responsible for return shipping costs
– Recommended shipping method: Trackable courier service
– Refund:
– Full refund of product price upon receipt of returned item
– Refund method: Original payment method or bank transfer
– Refund timeframe: 5-7 business days after receipt of returned item
– Restocking Fees: None or minimal ( specify percentage or amount)
How to Request a Replacement/Refund:
- Email tinytalks@tinyglam.co.in within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Contact details
- Clear photos of the product, invoice, packaging, and box
Process:
- Our team will review the request within 48 hours.
- If approved:
- Replacement: A new product will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
- Refund: Processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Not Eligible for Refund/Exchange:
- If the request is made after 3 days of delivery
- If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- If the original packaging or invoice is missing
